i know you love him
and he loves you.
my chances are slim
and its true

you two get mad
at eachother.
when you feel sad
i help you feel better

he makes promises
that he doesnt keep.
he doesnt care about you losses
no matter how deep

i listened
to you when you needed it.
you told me what happened
and he had a fit

he pushed you away
and you came to me.
then right away
he wanted thee

now you two are back
together.
i lost track
of why i bother

you hide behind me
when others mess with you
and they
dont know whats true

i think about you constantly
and worry about
how will he
carry this out

i make you laugh
he causes you stress.
you look only half
of what you normally do

i want you to want
me.
i dont know why you cant.
why not me?
