Why do we love?
Because we need to feel wanted
We need to know someone cares
We have to feel included

Why do we love?
Because it shows we want someone
We need to show we care
We need to make them feel included

Why does it hurt?
Because we are fools to think it lasts forever
We blindly follow someone, just to lose them to someone else
We give them our heart, but hey throw it back at us

So why do we love, when all it causes is pain?
Why do we allow ourselves to get hurt by the people we care about?
What is the point of loving, if they don't love you back?
Simple. We are human
