Who I Am Poem by Jojoba Mansell

Who I Am

Rating: 5.0

I am no poet,
my mind has not the words,
to put my heart to paper.
I am no teacher,
my years lack the wisdom,
that the real lessons need.
I am no speaker,
my tongue lacks the charm,
to court another's ear.
I am a man,
I know I have limits,
I try to live beyond these.
I am alive,
I know all life is fleeting,
I will live while I may.
