Who Can I Make This Out To? Poem by Charles Malcolm

Who Can I Make This Out To?

There will be a moment
when you think of us
and are brought to tears.

They won't hit photographs.
They will fall upon a page,
blurring my words
and smearing your name.

We will be together again,
in a sense.

A perfect marriage
of timing and regret.
