Who Can Awaken The Sun? Poem by ahmed khaled

Who Can Awaken The Sun?

who can awaken the sun
and make the breakfast
for it's many rays
and tell it's light tears
to roll down
the face of dreams
to find the shelter
for my crimson shadows

To chase after the sun, one leave shadows behind. You run and you run, only to find the sun coming up behind you again, bringing with it a new day, and new possibilities. Great poem. Thanks for getting me to read it...

Dont ask us who wake up the sun...ask the horizon who bear when it rise..watching it everyday...the same which must be the same one put the sun on the bed at night..and only horizon got the answer..watch it everyday..In every night still you will see sign of sun in the face of moon...to deliver hope and dream never die even in dark...Nice write Ahmed Khaled! _Unwritten Soul

Good question, dear Ahmad. When sun's rays be tears When we lost our shadow When the sky and the earth cry When the desert's sand swallow our steps When the face of our dreams be dark Who can awaken the sun? To roll down The warm rays of the sun The shadows to be clear The laugh of earth and sky The way to our steps over the sand The face of our happy dreams No one. Only me and you Thanks dear Ahamd for your inspired words.
