White Roses Poem by Marianna Jo Arolin

White Roses

Rating: 5.0

My lovely, antique, crystal vase,
Has held many fragrant bouquets.
But, none so elegant, my love,
As the roses it now displays.

What a precious gift you brought to me,
Like pure snowdrops clustered there.
I've always loved the yellow rose
But, these are just as fair.

Valentine gifts, have always been,
Chocolates and lacey things.
I can't begin to tell you dear,
Of the joy your bouquet brings.
