Whispers Poem by Walter C. Edwards

Whispers

Careless kiss,
turn to whispers,
when you might,
speak my name,
for shame,
to want me,
to have me close,
the one you need,
to fulfill you the most,
but you turn away,
in to shame,
when you see me,
and treat me like a ghost,
whispers that just fad away.
