Whispers Poem by Will Fiala

Whispers

Whispers to me
Keep me from harm, guiding my day
When I’m in the middle of the storm
Whispers will show your way

Whispers to you
Acknowledging, all that you say
When deceit has turned that lamp down low
You’re with me here to stay

Struggles deep inside
Those feelings that won’t hide
Whispers tell how to unfold
Whispers change the mind
With every tick of time
To eager hearts and souls

Whispers speak softly
In my soul, in my heart
Whispers teach me how to walk in Christ
And how be my part

Struggles deep inside
Those feelings that won’t hide
Whispers tell how to unfold
Whispers change the mind
With every tick of time
To eager hearts and souls

Whispers inside
Whispers don’t slip, whispers don’t hide
Whispers are the only guiding truth
In this old world of lies

Whisper’s to me
Keep me from harm, guiding my day
When I’m in the middle of the storm
Whispers will show your way
