Whims Of Time
Whims of time
==============
Time is a puzzle so unpredictable,
Like a nor'easter or a whirlwind -
It runs apace.
Time comes time goes -
With it's own will an wish.
Sometime it comes -
With a treasure of joys
Again it puts venom with misery and pains.
It keeps us busy with cheer and cry
Leaves nobody, be a vagrant or a prince.
Till date none of us knows about
Time's whimsical game.
If time likes,
It puts you at such a big height
But again, in moments next -
It pulls you down to the hell.
Time is a puzzle so unpredictable,
Like a nor'easter or a whirlwind-
It runs apace.
Time is truly, like a rolling stone
Never stays in a place intact.

Time is a puzzle, so unpredicatable. So true, many poets have written about time, it's passing, how it goes too swiftly, or drags out a day, trips through space, is invisible, etc. Time has been portrayed through time by many, yet none have been able to explain it tangibly in reality. Another thought-provoking poem. Thank you for getting my mind in gear. RoseAnn
