While The Humans Were Fighting Each Other; The Enemy Came In

Who has the most toys
Who plays the game
Try to get what they got;
And it's all in vain.

'They' don't like 'Them'
Because the color of their skin
Keep 'Those People' out;
Let 'These People' in.

While the humans were fighting each other;
The enemy came in.

You ask someone's opinion,
And if their opinion you don't like;
You protest against them,
Try to bring them down;
Try to force your opinion as right.

While the humans were fighting each other;
The enemy came in.

You don't like 'Those People' because…
You really don't know why;
You're just doing what you were taught,
Now you're teaching your children the lie.

'They' shout, RACISM! PREJUDICE!
It's not fair;
And sing 'We Shall Overcome.'
But,
Who shall overcome;
When you're killing each other off?

Humans come together
When there's a tragedy
Say, 'Let's pull together and be strong.'
Then time pass,
Humans forget about love;
And go back to picking the bone.

'They' say it's 'Them'
'He' said it's 'Him.'

And pride stood up strong;

No one wanted to say I'm sorry.
No one wanted to forgive.

And while the humans were fighting each other;
The enemy came in.

He says, 'I have the solution.'
They say, 'Our solution is best.'
Humans won't unite,
Struggling for power;
Failing the love your neighbor tests.

What is the hope, and the solution;
For our world today?

Let's all turn back to the Lord;
And He will direct our way.
Get back to moral standards,
Repent, trust in God
Kneel before Jesus, and pray.
