Where Love Draws The Line (couplets)

There is Good and there is Evil
Men choose their way because of Free Will.

True, Love forgives, grants a second chance
But there's the need for change and Repentance.

Where transgression is great, Justice demands
Retribution and balance so that Truth will stand.

Blind love will be a mockery of Humanity
Where men of evil practice harm and cruelty.

Fish, Dahmer, Chikatilo, Bundy, and more
May need love, but their Evil took such a score,

That to set them free endangers Society
And Justice has to temper Love with Equality.

So we love on the foundation of that which is True
And to build upon it, the Word of God will do.
