When Your Pain Seems Unbearable
When your pain
seems unbearable
it's hard to remember
the pain shall pass
when your fear
seems overwhelming
how easy it is to forget
that fear is only a thought
which can, must, and will
disappear
when replaced by another thought
when we feel unable to go on
in truth, we have already gone
this moment has always already passed
by the time we've noticed it
