When Will You Come? Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

When Will You Come?

Rating: 5.0

"When will you come'?
Who will be there to welcome?
No one knows about the moments second
We are small fishes in the ponds.

We will always leave the work for tomorrow
That may end your carrier and won't allow
Bright sun may never appear in life again
All attempts for success may go in drain

Who knows what is waiting for you on the way?
May be in the form of accident or something else in the day?
You won't be able to make for evening meals
It is nature's cruel joke and deal

Enjoy with whatever you have today
Life may never grant you time or way
Finish it when you have sufficient time
You may not be able to go near sometimes

"Do right now if that is designed for tomorrow"
The river may dry up on the way with its flow
Who knows what is awaited in time to come?
Day may prove lucky or fatal for someone

I do believe in uncertainty factor
But we must emerge always as victor
Not that we are so powerful or immortal
But certainly we can win over and nicely settle

We know nothing about future
Tomorrow may not bring anything for sure
Diseases must be prevented or cured
Then only limited life can be assured

There is no fun in loosing the hope
As life is like walking on the tight rope
You must have the balance on high slope
Then nothing else can force you to stop
