The night I met you
I never knew
You had met someone new
I thought it was our beginning

Never felt that way before
You made things right
But your leaving me alone
I promised I would never let anyone close

But then you came along
Turned my world upside down
I fell head over heels
In love with you

I was so full of pain
Living in misery
But my rain turned into sunshine
Now tell me what am I going to do

Thank you for giving me a smile
If only for awhile
It was good while it lasted
My breath of air

I hope someday you will feel the same
Come back and love me once again
I will be waiting
