When The Wind Blows Poem by Marcus McKinley

When The Wind Blows

Flowing tresses
Stunning, beautiful
from head to toe
Oh! How I wish for a breeze
gentle and soothing

Playful, the look in your eyes
Striking embered fires apart
Grip upon heart
Guiding me towards love
Where ever that be

Whispering wisps through trees
Unaware, your power calls
Carrying dreams within a zephyr
Amid gusts and flurries
When the wind blows
