When Nature Echoes Song

When Nature echoes listen Dear
And I shall pen a loving kiss
On wings of poesy souvenir

And as you muse in tender bliss
From heart to heart sing along
And I shall pen a loving kiss

In melody of rhyming song
We'll both embrace a lullaby
From heart to heart sing along

Then softly melancholy sigh
A harmony in Love's romance
We'll both embrace a lullaby

To chorus verse with passion dance
And Darling, sweetly, ever rhyme
A harmony in Love's romance

Our poet whispers comely mime
When Nature echoes, listen Dear,
And Darling, sweetly ever rhyme
On wings of poesy souvenir

poet Percy Bysshe Shelley

We are as clouds that veil the midnight moon;
How restlessly they speed, and gleam, and quiver,
Streaking the darkness radiantly!--yet soon
