When Its So Hard To Leave Poem by Radhika Karia

When Its So Hard To Leave

When nothing compares to the smile of your love,
And nothing done, can be undone.
When nothing compares to the arms you hold,
And nothing can be solved with a gun.

When all your hopes and all your greed halts
The heart leaps faster, when put in a cage.
When all your words, prick like rose thorns,
They get wasted on a blank, black page.

When the wrong seems right, but the right one goes,
There is a thunder that rises within.
When the truth be told, makes you weep,
There is an unwanted, plastered grin.

When the sun sets, and the moonlight begins,
Who knows why the big, bad wolf cries?
When there are more than enough sparkles in the sky,
Who knows why there are so many goodbyes
