When all hope seems lost
Pain and anguish in your every thought
When the sun stops shining
The moon and stars no longer lighting

When the world turns its back
And seems not to give but take
Remember-life is not sweet
A rough and bumpy road is it

When everything be unkind-action and words
Always find inner strength and resolve
TO STAND, FIGHT AND BE STRONG
