When the rain falls,
on the old winter's pay,
When the sun comes out,
on a soft summer's day,

When trees reach up,
to the clear blue sky,
When you here the bees,
buzzing swiftly by,

When animals are understood,
like you and me can be,
When the gentle butterfly,
rests upon the tree,

When you said you loved me,
i was the happyist man alive,
When i said i loved you,
we went out for a drive,

When you died,
because now your gone,
When i went out one more time,
i stood by your grave and left the flowers upon.

When we lie together,
under the bright sunlight,
now to rest side by side,
under our own moonlight.
