Whatever it takes, dear Lord
For me to stand
I am willing to obey
Your every command
If there's something keeping me
From a closer walk with thee
I am asking you to set me free
Maybe there's something i shouldn't say
Dear Lord, lead the way
I realize i must come closer to you
In order to do the things
You want me to do
Whatever it takes to make me a better man
I am willing to obey your every command
Give me a drink of that living water
I need it now, my heavenly father
