What It Is To Be A Dictator And Dream Poem by Mark Heathcote

What It Is To Be A Dictator And Dream

Where is the robe of the Golden Fleece?
That winged ram that's now deceased
That Jason risked his life for kingship
Does it survive his proprietorship?

If, so where is now the Golden Fleece?
I'd like to own it, rule all of Greece.
Put me on the throne of Iolcus in Thessaly.
And like Caesar, I'll take all of Italy.

Where is the robe of the Golden Fleece?
That winged ram that's now deceased
I want to own it and win my queen
Oh, what it is to be a dictator and dream.
