What Is A Poem, The King Asked
What is a poem, the king asked,
And the poet replied, see, it is
A bomb that can destroy anything
Including your own kingdom.
The king ordered to destroy the poem
And the poet said, just wait a minute,
Before destroying kindly read it out
Yourself and understand the meaning therein.
This is a fine, imaginative, poem with, alas, one slight error in English usage. In the 11th line, the word Could should be changed to Were. Perhaps, even better, that line should read, Could not make the king awake.

The first eight lines of the poem are fantastic. The poet needs to work on the other lines and makenit meaningful.
