What I Do, I Do Alone Poem by Abdul Wahab

What I Do, I Do Alone

Rating: 4.7

Either they search weakness
Or burn out of their jealousy
So in front of them
Neither have I dared to laugh
Nor I cry

In this stony world
No ear I find to tell my sorrow
Or any heart to share my joy
It does not mean
That they are all left unattended
I take care all of them alone inside

Alone I say good alone I say bad
Alone I fight alone I defend
For the deeds I do
In this corrupt world

All said and done, final decisions are always made alone. Like captain of the ship is responsible for ship's sail. Beautiful poem. thank you.

Everyone here (in this world) has come alone and will go alone. One remains alone in the crowd too. If one is sad, no one will be sad with one. Once one smiles, everyone will smile with the one. Beautiful penning.
