What Happens, When Love Goes Wrong Poem by Sam Arjomandi

I heard this news on the radio, a man shot and killed his wife
Then he turned the gun to himself and took his own life

At the time of this tragedy, he was going through divorce with his wife
His excuse for his crime was, without her, he couldn' t go on with his life

I wondered when he was planning this horified crime in his mind
Did he think about his five years-old daughter, that he would leave behind

It was more shocking that this tragedy happened the day before his daughter birthday
What a father, he wrapped his own and her mom's body in a coffin as a gift for her birthday

Now the poor little girl is asking for her mom and dad
This tragedy is the result of somone action who suddenly went mad

Please take a walk, before you take any action which is the fruit of the anger
If you do that, you have more chance to continoue to be with her

This tragedy destroyed his daughter life, even though she is alive
I wonder, when she grows up to be able to trust any man enough to fall in love

Oh, god please turn back the clock, so she can have her birthday with her mom and dad
Because I can't stand to see her crying and looking so sad

Lets get together and ask the mighty god to give us wisdom at the time of critical situation
To be able to distinguish between real love and fatal attraction
