What Happened?

Why did we end-up this way?
Was it in our stars or the day?
We could've surmised that the anger,
In our eyes,
Could've damaged the love we felt.
But today it did not matter,
For the issue did not get stronger.
Our love and our laughter,
Made everything nicer.
