What Does The Sun Say? Poem by Johnny Vaughan

What Does The Sun Say?

Rating: 4.8

As an artist who keeps a perpetually barren easel,
or a project with no original template, but a second and third sequel,
so, too will the sun rise, with influx or absence of inhabitants: plants, animals, human beings; people
Creator or no, will or Devine intuition
we move toward an end, forever in gradient transition
the human condition is beautiful decay
forward decline, trajectory of mind, but what does the Sun say?
Salutations mark darkness, greetings break the day
a rhythm, a scheme, orchestrator of nightmares and daydreams
people are out of step
