What Do Your Children Want From You? Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

What Do Your Children Want From You?

Conserve energy that depletes.
Conserve fuels that deplete.
Conserve forests that go barren.
Conserve water that goes scarce.
Conserve air that goes smoky.
Saving and leaving money
And enormous properties
Is of no use to your children.
