What Did You Whisper Last Night? Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

What Did You Whisper Last Night?

Rating: 5.0

What did you whisper last night?

The joy of your whispers linger in my soul
now at this glorious dawn.

I forgot what you whispered,
but the joy remains.

Listen! the robins twitter
It is their whisper.
In love they chatter.

Wake up to the beauty
of nature’s gifts.

Sense the wonders
and be keen in prayer.

Great concept... the poem nicely expresses that the dream may be forgotten as the dawn breaks but the sweet moments that filled our heart with joy during the dreams still remains. loved it.

Beautiful in its simplicity. To wake up everyday and feel thankful for a peaceful night and for today. Wake up to the beauty of nature’s gifts. Sense the wonders and be keen in prayer. these come form a person who is truly beautiful at heart. I'm about to read your other poems as well.

This I felt a great feeling in mind and a little philosophical context in it.

It is the whispering between two loving hearts merged with the nature’s gifts that make it a perfect moment at day-break: Listen! the robins twitter .....Wake up to the beauty of nature’s gifts.
