We Should Learn To Laugh... Poem by Rajesh Thankappan

We Should Learn To Laugh...

Rating: 5.0

We should learn to laugh
Even through the clouds dark,
Though our spirit may be low
And trampled under the boots below.

We should learn to be wise
So that we can rise,
Like the sun in the east
That upon the darkness feast.

We should learn to cry
To prove our heart is not dry,
To purge melancholy from our life
And to reap calmness from strife.

Inspite of all setbacks in life, we should learn to laugh! When our hearts are heavy, we should cry too, so that the surplus feelings of sorrow is let out through tears! Only man can laugh..... and shed tears in the real sense! A simple advice which holds much truth! Enjoyed!
