We'll See

I said it was strange to feel this way
And indeed it really is
But not because my feelings changed
But because it's all ok
It always used to cause me stress
When I thought of a different girl
But this time I feel fine
With a change of view
Maybe God is saying something
Telling me to move
Maybe I'm just so at peace
That I'm not concerned
Guess I'll have to wait for now
To see how things turn out
We'll see what He has in store
And we'll smile the whole way

The old year went, and the new returned, in the withering weeks of drought,
The cheque was spent that the shearer earned,
and the sheds were all cut out;
