We All Do! Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

We All Do!

We all do!

Have just come from work
Full of hate, of myself
Left one job for pride
With this one feel like dust.

What the hell is this life?

Took anger on her and
Committed ‘Great sin' of murder
Neither was my friend nor did harm
Wanted food as we do
(Don't we do? We all do!)

Why the hell?
I killed her! ! !

Why can George
Regardless of the son, or father
Presidents; kill for name, permission

Why not same for cockroach?

What did I raise my hand and smashed her?
Is this not great sin in most faith?

Guess I know the reason and answer:
Moria refugees declaring: "Our life is animals'"
Observing Syrians being pawns for gas-bombs and drones
And learning of sister, in love and caring and being kind
In the death of brother taking part
Hearing 'Give us a chance', which I said in my film
(My "Could Be" that has been force-silenced!)

Now the same is shouted by very same people.

Compile these and put them in one line
Another news is the ‘divorce' Brad Pit, Angelina (Brangelina)

All mouths breathe and exhale this; this nonsense

This is why! ! !
