Think with your skin.
Give in to the message it sends.
Transcend your mind and its ties
To a definable place and time.

Lose yourself in your own sensations.
Find yourself in your rushing blood.
Become nothing but nerve endings.
Shed the heaviness of your identity.

And as you rise out of your self-created shell
You will realize that nothing defines you.
That spark of awareness, that essence of self,
Remains unchanged in the face of complete release.

In this freedom, fear recedes.
In this state, the past is erased.
Fluidity replaces the static mold
That used to hold you frozen.

Now you have the power
To choose who you wish to be
From limitless possibilities
Without losing who you are.
