Waves Poem by Stephen Tunney

Waves

Oration of Soliloquy
Rotations in Rhyme
Ingratiating my Sway

Up Yonder, a Bay

Eye of Glee
Wrinkles in Time
Rolling my Way

Soon Near, this Bay

Oscillation of Energy
Writings in Prime
Passing this Day

Sitting Here, Watching my Bay

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem was inspired by a walk down a local pier with my two golden retrievers. I love the water, and the feeling of the wind and sight of the waves rushing towards me gave me the inspiration for 'Waves.'
