Written love words
on tear stained pages
of days and nights
of the past

Heart felt words
that now scream they
didn't even last

Wasted words
that now seem strange
to read

In that passionate time
our hungry hearts
it did feed

Love words
now look empty
with out
loves face

How it takes your
heart and mind
to another time
another place

The long day turns
to silent nights
The empty night turns
to aching days

After all this
miserable time
Suffering Tears still get in
our visions way

Just one more
tear falls before you finally
go to that restless sleep

As your crying mind
softley weeps
