Was There Love? Poem by Benjamin Andrew

Two young people loved each other so
They where meant to live happily ever after, no
The young man betrayed the lady’s trust
She wants him back she will try, she must
The young man said he doesn’t love her any more
The lady’s friend was her savoir
She pulls her self threw yet she still wants him back
She closes her eyes and cry’s for him, that’s a fact
Her friends say she is making a mistake
They say leave him he’s a fake
He made you happy but he made you sad
She can’t help the feelings she feels for him
So did love prevail or did there relationship fail
That’s your choice
