War Poem by ROGEL FRANCIS SORIOSO

War

When men and civilizations battle for competition
It usually results to a much better situation
The struggle between each opponent
Brings out the best in life's component
The struggle results to a great creation
The product of a man's divine intuition
New ideas and civilizations are created
Of whom many have joined and participated
The quest to be the best gave birth to new inventions
The purpose and objective of their very own intentions
That's the kind of love that build cities and states
Resulted to a better understanding and better traits
That's also the kind of love that lifts us from our miseries
The deaths and destruction would someday be just memories
Humanity is still the winner so lets not pretend
That we all don't want a greater life in the end.
