Wall Of My Life Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Wall Of My Life

Wall of My Life

I can't get past the
Heaven at the garden.
The wall won't let me,
I can't see beyond me.

The wall is not transparent.
The wall is not soft.
The wall doesn't float in,
Air that wafts.

My life seconds,
Go by so fast.
I cannot go beyond this wall,
At last.

I now get up faster than I know,
And decide to jump over it with a pole.
I landed in a verdant garden.
I started my life at last.
