Walking With The Master Poem by Heather Burns

Walking With The Master

Rating: 5.0

Eternity without a friend
such a frightening thing

Alone forever voices never
ring

Unable to see the master
feel his warm embrace

Alone forever no one to
plead your case

If we give each day
as we near the end

We will meet the master
he will be our friend

As we near his presence
he will lead the way

Walking with the master
hand in hand eternal day.

Another wonderfully written poem, gave a lil needed encouragement of my own walk. Maybe two forward donnie rather than a few back.
