Walking Forward

Walking forward with Jesus Christ
Striding upright and true
Regardless how Satan's enticed
Jesus! I'm trusting You

My Lord, my God, life's guiding King
Crutch, Right Hand and Stay
However, whatever, devils bring
You'll guide me all the Way

My hand in Yours, against hell's horde
Though countless may pursue
Your righteous word is enough Lord
Your promise ever true

Impossible for You to fail
This fact's been plain to see
Though fragile young, though old and frail
Victory You guarantee

So here I stand in total awe
In love, blessed by grace
One day knowing through Heaven's Door
I'll see Your smiling face

Lord why did The Father choose me?
Disgraced, condemned in shame
That You would died to set me free
And give a brand new name

Forever written, on white stone
With crown upon my head
With saints of old, once flesh and bone
You'll raise me from the dead

Transformed will we be in glory
As kings and priests we'll reign
Forever reciting love's story
Never to want again.....
