Waiting For You
I lay awake and think of you,
You never leave my mind.
I long so much to be with you,
My brain can't quite unwind.
I know you're not that far from me,
I could hold you every day.
But until we can be completely free,
You and I must stay away.
In the end not long from now,
We will be together at last.
Together only happiness,
This heartache in the past
