What a fool I was to think that you were the one. Since you only wanted it as a hit and run. I waited for you everyday. I waited and saw you ignored me, even though I I did everything you said.
What a fool I was, to wait near the phone, knowing you were there but in reality I was alone.
What a jerk you were to say I wasn't good enough. Saying we're breaking apart, and as though it wasn't tough, I cared and payed even though I was given nothing in return. The words were hurt and I burn the weight of the lies, where you never heard my cries.
How selfish you were, but know this is not easy to hear, I was captivated by you but now I really see, that someone in this world is more willing to wait for me.
