feet bounce
heart bets faster

mind races
images swirl
time to pace
tick…tick…tick…tick…tick
eyes shift
sit back down
clock hands sit still
tick…tick…tick…tick…tick
deep breath
clear your mind
relax its almost time
tick…tick…tick…tick…tick
hand twitches
toes wiggle
chest tightens
such a vicious cycle
