Virgin Kiss Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

Virgin Kiss

Rain in the apple orchard
How I want to sire the spring
Sunsets of purple sage dreams
Love is such a surprise

Rooftops in the city streets
Rueful nights still cry
Wounds that I cannot heal
I love mandolins in stone novels

Inversions of pastel romance
Dance my love let the wind sing
Old bridges where horses crossed
The future is for children and weddings

Our first kiss as virgin as clouds
