Vessel Poem by Harlan Lovestone

Vessel

Rating: 5.0

Crazy child with ebony eyes
Soul filled with laughter and butterflies
Hair as raven as night itself
Body of purity and inner wealth
I know you, don’t you know I?
Two vessels a drift on the ocean of life
Shall we cast our anchors to port a shore
Or breathe deep the salt forever more?
