Venom Champ Poem by Ima Ryma

Venom Champ

I am the inland taipan snake,
The most venomous snake on Earth.
Australian desert home I make.
Few humans have got my bite's worth.
Dandarabella was my name,
So called by Aborigine.
Then outside humans made the claim
That at last they discovered me.
Drop for drop my venom can kill
One hundred humans in one bite.
Now that is not to say I will,
Unless the humans wanna fight.

Some humans like to call me fierce,
Not cuz of mood but fang juice pierce.
