Vacation Here We Come! Poem by Marilyn Lott

It’s almost time for us to leave
Across the country we’ll go
Starting from Washington State
Excited for our vacation to flow

As you can see from this picture
We will be traveling in style
The style may be from way back when
For our trailer’s been around for awhile

But comfy it is, I must tell you my friends
And packed to the brim with food
Just in case, well I know we will
Get into a ‘hungry’ mood

New Orleans has coffee and beignets
Nashville has a wonderful country style
We have so many places to stop
But we will enjoy every single mile

I’ll miss NR and so many things
But in a month or so we’ll be back
Hugs and kisses to all of you
I had better get busy and pack!
