Using Grammar, Logic, Rhetoric- The Trivium (Notes To Kids)

Where does wisdom come from?
Are some born smart, others dumb?

The militant man's commands
comes from extreme
left brain imbalance,
all those demands

The kind mother who
gives the kids she loves
everything they want
has severe right brain
imbalance

Neither position
offers KIND WISDOM
or perfect balance

How difficult to raise
children without both
healthy influences

Wisdom only comes as the third step
after:
1. Data collecting
2. Understanding it
3. Offering kind wisdom

We move thru the two
cerebral hemispheres
and then come to a
spiritual balance
incorporating
the best of
both world
leaving extremes
traveling the middle path
of wisdom
(an ancient teaching
called The Trivium
thought to precede Greece)

American schools
have hidden this
from our kids
and very little
wisdom is seen

knowledge and facts are memorized
with no structure for learning
and applying wisdom

(one condensed chapter of my
notes to my growing children
and teaching the Trivium at home)

all modern schools hide wisdom from people! We move thru the two cerebral hemispheres and then come to a spiritual balance - indians say that is- vice versa - first our energy centers (spiritual chakras) react and move - then it goes to material body.
