Up The Waterfall Poem by Justin Gildow

Up The Waterfall

From down here
To all the way up there
This will be quite a test for me
A test of stamina and endurance
As I climb up the waterfall

Up the waterfall
I notice precarious platforms, stone rings,
and other decrepit structures

Climbing up the waterfall
While fading in and out of the water
And getting soaked
The viper swarms and dead knights
are on attack everywhere
I know this won't be easy

Taking my time
One by one
And fighting and outwitting them all
I reach the top of the waterfall

Looking down
I've past all of that
Looking ahead
I'm heading straightaways to the next
challenge and task at hand
