unwanted fish caught
used to be surplus past
discarded before boat
returned to process port
bycatch now being kept
degraded taken to market
view fishery management
plans focus only on target
species leaving bycatch caught
species heavily exploited bought
scientific control without forgot
scientific monitoring without plot
