close your eyes
just learn to be
your mind will trick you
shut down the world around
it will distract you
and it is misleading
it will steer you wrong
live in the moment
just as you are
as God meant you to be
Silence the voice or voices
inside you for they are liars
cherish the silence.......
a gentle voice will speak with you
a peacefulness will cover you
